tbh cafes like lycoreco where you go to everry other day, not even to eat, just to hang out with [people and staff there are really precious. I couldn't even imagine it shutting down

Takina seems to be having different stages of grieving about Chisato --- from indecision to ruthlessness.
Pre LycoReco DA Takina seemed to be ruthless unintentionally spontaneously, but post LycoReco DA Takina is definitely leaning into ruthlessness.

Quite ironic that Chisato straight up shuts down & sends her friends away for worrying about her & trying to save her.

I was thinking this too. When they entered the cargo ship expecting the antagonist with tons of Lycoris soliders as well as the leader, I thought Majima would blow up the boat and the Lycoris would end right there
